Kathy English has created this Privacy Statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for this website.

This statement follows the recommendations of our corporate lawyers and the nice people over at TrustE.org (the issuers of the eSafe seal). We are trying to fit our "we are not doing data collection" policy into the TrustE standard statement...hence the odd repeating and wording.

We do not have any pages designed for children. Because there is no collecting, there certainly will not be any distributing of information that we do not have.
